This is the title of the book I have just read while on holiday, by Jen Sincero.

What a great read!

I had started it a while back and forgotten about it and so it was an easy choice when I wanted to take an easy read with me to Mauritius. I really love her writing style. She calls us out on our bad habits and inspires us to live our best life, without fear and self-doubt. There were definitely a lot of parts that had me laughing out loud and that really resonated with situations and circumstances in my life. I highly recommend it if you are wanting to live your best life and feel like some things might be holding you back. This is your pep-talk in the form of a book!
